Ms. Andre’s education in environmental science provides her with a strong scientific background to successfully represent clients in a variety of environmental law and health law issues. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Andre worked in an environmental law firm where she focused on the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Her subsequent employment the United States Environmental Protection Agency on a multidisciplinary settlement case involving the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Toxic Substances Control Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act allows Ms. Andre to bring valuable insight from the perspective of the government when dealing with environmental compliance issues. Ms. Andre’s scientific background also parlays well with her interest in health care issues. Using her scientific background, she has counseled clients on medical device registration issues and physicians and nurses in a variety of health care related issues.
